3PE anticorrosion is generally composed of 3 layers:
A layer of epoxy powder (FBE> 100 um)
Two-layer adhesive (AD) 170 ~ 250UM
Three layers of polyethylene (PE) 2.5 ~ 3.7mm
In practice, the three materials will be mixed and integrated, and the steel pipe will be firmly combined to form an excellent anti-corrosion layer after processing. Its processing mode is generally divided into twining type and round die coating type two.
3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe advantages
The coating of 3PE anticorrosive steel pipe is epoxy powder anticorrosive coating which contacts the bottom layer with the steel pipe surface, and the middle layer is a copolymerizing adhesive with branch structure functional groups. 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe inspection process
Firstly, the anti-corrosion steel pipe is tested, and the steel pipe is tested under various conditions to make it meet the conditions of making insulation steel pipe. The next step is to cover the steel pipe after rust removal and corrosion protection in the polyethylene sleeve, pipe forming. Inspect the anticorrosive steel pipe and the finished product of the insulation steel pipe.
